Maintenance Requests - Resident Information


There will be some maintenance items that are resident responsibility. If any items need maintenance outside of that realm, report the item using the Resident Portal link in the sidebar. Provide detailed information about the item needing service. A maintenance emergency is defined as uncontrolled running water, no heat in extreme cold temperatures (i.e. at or near freezing), sewer line blockage affecting entire dwelling, or electrical sparking. We cannot send a repair company out after hours or on the weekends for appliance repair or non-emergency repairs. Lack of power or the smell of gas should be reported immediately to the utility company responsible for service.
