About Us
Prior to entering into Property Services, Wendy Frenzel, Broker, was an elementary education teacher in Omaha, Nebraska, in a school that was receiving specialized grant money to teach at-risk students through non-traditional programs. The transfer of Jeff, her husband and business partner, to Colorado through Ford Motor Credit embarked Wendy in her current career path. In 1996, Wendy began as a Resident Services Coordinator at an apartment community in Aurora, Colorado, that went from a D rated property to an A+ property within 2.5 years. She has leased and managed apartments, single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and acreages, as well as assisting Home Owner Associations in their management.
Since 2001 Wendy has been a licensed real estate agent in Colorado and as a REALTOR® from 2001 until 2008 working and advising individuals and families regarding their housing needs for rentals. Besides being the broker for A Vantage Properties, Wendy is active within the Douglas and Elbert County community: serving as Vice-Chair for the Kiowa Planning Commission, Team Manager for a High School Destination Imagination Team 2004-2006, Destination Imagination Appraiser 2006 to present, Destination Imagination Rising Star Challenge Master South Metro Region 2007-2008, served as a Committee Member of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® Legislative Policy Committee, and served on the Board of Directors for the Douglas Elbert REALTOR® Association (DERA), as well as in the interests of her active family: husband, Jeff; and daughters, Heather and Katharina.
Prior to joining Wendy full time at A Kat's Meow Ltd in July 2005, Jeff Frenzel worked with Ford Motor Credit in Omaha, Denver, and Colorado Springs. He brings a Business Degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, collection experience, and experience in creating and implementing money saving and efficiency procedures to A Kat's Meow Ltd. Jeff was a Board of Trustee for the Town of Kiowa from 2000-2009 serving in the capacity of Mayor ProTemp between 2004-2006, has served on the Church Council/Governing Board for Elizabeth Lutheran Church / Holy Innocents Episcopal Church, while staying active with his family.

EDUCATION FOR THE A VANTAGE PROPERTIES TEAM
Wendy Frenzel has earned her e-PRO® designation, her GRI® (Graduate of REALTOR® Institute), AHWD (At Home With Diversity) Certification, and her ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional). Along with continuing her education, Wendy has created an ever growing lending library for those individuals that she works with to better assist them in their decisions in Real Estate.
Jeff Frenzel, co-owner of A Kat's Meow Ltd has completed CAI’s M-100 class the class required towards earning the CMCA designation. Jeff is looking forwarded to continuing his education.

Individuals who are referred to A Vantage Properties by real estate agents for our Leasing and Rental Property Services will be referred back to the referring real estate agent when they decide to sell or buy and inquire of A Vantage Properties of whom to work with. We work closely with local real estate agents to provide you with the best service in Real Estate.
